Game-Codes-Shop offers eligible digital game keys, activation codes, licenses, in-game currency, downloadable products, subscriptions, preorders, account-based products, physical fan merchandise and related products.
How are digital products delivered?
Digital products are delivered by email to the email address entered during checkout. Unless the product is clearly identified as a preorder, digital delivery normally takes place within 3 hours after successful payment confirmation.
What should I do if I do not receive my digital product?
Please check your spam, junk, promotions and filtered email folders first. If the delivery email is still missing after the stated delivery time, contact customer support with your order number and the email address used during checkout.
How long does physical delivery take?
Physical orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Delivery normally takes an additional 5-8 business days after processing.
Do you charge shipping costs?
Shipping is free for supported physical orders. No physical shipping costs apply to digital products.
Will I receive tracking information?
Where tracking is available for a physical shipment, tracking information will be sent by email after dispatch.
Which payment methods are available?
Available payment methods depend on the customer's country, billing address, checkout currency, device, order value, product type, subscription status and payment-provider eligibility. Only the payment methods displayed during checkout are available for the applicable order.
Can I return a digital product?
Digital products cannot be physically returned. Once a digital code, key, license, download link, account credential or other digital content has been delivered, revealed, allocated, accessed, redeemed, activated or downloaded, the order is non-returnable and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
What if a digital code is invalid or already used?
Contact customer support promptly with your order number, the complete error message, screenshots where possible and the platform response. After verification, Game-Codes-Shop may provide a working replacement, corrected delivery, restored access or a refund as required by applicable law.
Can I return a physical product?
Physical products are returnable only to the extent required by applicable law. The customer bears the direct cost of a standard return unless the product is defective, incorrect or applicable law requires Game-Codes-Shop to bear that cost.
Where should returns be sent?
Contact customer support before sending any physical return. Do not send goods before receiving return instructions.

How long do approved refunds take?
Approved refunds are normally submitted to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval or, for physical returns, after receipt and inspection of the returned product. The payment provider or financial institution may require additional time to display the refund.
How do preorders work?
Payment for a preorder is due when the order is placed. Digital preorder codes are normally sent by email approximately 24 hours before the official release date. The code may not become redeemable, downloadable or usable until the official release date and time.
Can I cancel a preorder?
A digital preorder cannot be cancelled after a code has been allocated, revealed or delivered, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. If a product is permanently cancelled and Game-Codes-Shop cannot fulfil the order, the affected preorder will be refunded.
What should I check before buying a code, license or account-based product?
Please review the product type, platform, region, edition, language, compatibility, delivery method, age requirement, subscription status and other product-specific restrictions before ordering. Some products may require a specific country, account region, platform, device, service or third-party account.
Are you an official partner of the platforms or brands shown in product listings?
Product names, trademarks, logos and platform names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in a product listing does not imply that Game-Codes-Shop is an official partner or endorsed reseller unless this is expressly stated and verifiable.
