Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

General Information

This Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through Game-Codes-Shop at https://game-codes.shop.

We sell physical products, digital game keys, activation codes, licenses, in-game currency, downloadable products, subscriptions and other eligible digital products.

Physical Product Shipping

Physical products are dispatched from our warehouse in the Paris region, France.

Shipping is free for all physical orders. No minimum order value is required.

Processing Time

Physical orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are processed from Monday through Saturday. The daily cut-off time is 10:00 p.m. Europe/Paris time.

Delivery Time

Delivery normally takes an additional 5–8 business days after order processing.

The total estimated delivery time is therefore normally 6–10 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Shipping Carriers and Tracking

We use different international, national and local shipping carriers depending on the destination, shipment type, availability and delivery route.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent by email after dispatch.

Supported Countries

We deliver eligible physical and digital products to the following countries, subject to product-specific regional restrictions and availability during checkout.

Taxes, Customs and Import Charges

Applicable taxes are shown and collected as required by the law of the delivery destination.

Mandatory customs duties and import charges are paid or covered by Game-Codes-Shop. Customers are not required to pay separate mandatory import charges after checkout.

Digital Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered exclusively by email to the email address provided during checkout.

Digital products are delivered within 3 hours after successful payment confirmation unless the product is clearly identified as a preorder.

No physical shipping costs apply to digital products.

Preorder Delivery

Products clearly identified as preorders are not delivered immediately.

Preordered digital codes are normally sent by email approximately 24 hours before the official release date.

The code may not become redeemable, downloadable or usable until the official release date and time set by the publisher, developer, platform or rights holder.

If the official release date is postponed or changed, delivery will be adjusted to the revised official release date.

Regional, Compatibility and Age Restrictions

Some digital products may only work in specific countries, regions, platforms, account regions, currencies, devices or language versions.

Customers must review all regional, platform, account, compatibility and activation requirements shown on the product page before ordering.

Age-restricted products are sold only to customers who meet the applicable legal minimum age and the product-specific age requirement in their country.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and email address. Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful if the provided information is incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible.

Delivery Delays

Physical delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays, customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, local delivery conditions or incorrect customer information.
