1. Scope

These Sales Terms apply to orders placed through Game-Codes-Shop at https://game-codes.shop.

They apply to digital game keys, activation codes, software licenses, downloadable products, in-game currency, account-based products, fixed-term access products, automatically renewing subscriptions, preorders and physical merchandise.

3. Product Information

The applicable product page provides the material information available for the product, including the product type, platform, edition, region, language, compatibility, delivery method, age requirement, subscription status and other relevant restrictions.

Customers must review the complete product description before placing an order. Products that require a particular country, account region, platform, device, service or third-party account may only be used if the stated requirements are met.

4. Customer Eligibility

Customers must have the legal capacity required to complete the purchase and must provide complete and accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

Age-restricted products may only be purchased by customers who meet both the applicable legal minimum age in their country and the age requirement stated for the product.

5. Placing an Order

Product listings are invitations to place an order and do not constitute a binding offer by Game-Codes-Shop.

By completing checkout, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected product under these Sales Terms.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that the order was received. The order is accepted when payment has been successfully confirmed and we allocate or deliver the digital product, confirm the subscription or dispatch the physical product.

6. Prices and Currency

The applicable product price and currency are displayed on the product page, in the shopping cart and during checkout.

Prices are displayed as fixed prices in the currency assigned to the applicable store market. The currency shown during checkout is the currency charged for the order.

A bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or foreign transaction fee if the customer's payment account uses a different currency.

7. Taxes, Customs and Additional Charges

Applicable taxes are included in the displayed price or calculated during checkout as required by the law of the relevant destination.

Physical shipping is free. Mandatory customs duties and import charges for supported physical deliveries are covered by Game-Codes-Shop and are not charged separately by Game-Codes-Shop after checkout.

8. Payment

Payment is due when the order is placed unless the product page expressly states otherwise.

Available payment methods may include American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, BLIK, Cartes Bancaires, EPS, Klarna, Mastercard, MobilePay, PayPal, Shop Pay and Visa.

The available methods depend on the customer's country, billing address, checkout currency, device, order value, product type, subscription status and payment-provider eligibility.

Only the payment methods displayed during checkout are available for the applicable order.

9. Payment Confirmation and Security Review

Fulfilment begins after successful payment confirmation.

A payment provider may decline, delay, hold or request additional authentication for a payment. We may delay fulfilment while a payment is pending, reversed, disputed or subject to a reasonable fraud or security review.

10. Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered exclusively by email to the email address provided during checkout.

Unless the product is identified as a preorder, digital products are normally delivered within three hours after successful payment confirmation.

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and accessible email address and checking spam, junk, promotions and other filtered email folders.

11. Digital Codes, Licenses and Downloads

Digital codes, activation keys, licenses and downloads may be subject to platform, country, account-region, language, device and compatibility restrictions.

Customers must activate and use digital products in accordance with the supplied instructions and the rules of the applicable publisher, developer or platform.

Digital codes and access details must not be unlawfully copied, published, resold, transferred, shared or used for unauthorized purposes.

12. Account-Based Products

Account-based products are delivered by email with the access details and product-specific instructions stated for the applicable product.

Passwords, recovery information, linked details or other credentials may only be changed where the supplied instructions or product description expressly permit this.

The customer is responsible for following the supplied instructions and protecting the access details from unauthorized use.

13. Preorders

Products clearly identified as preorders are paid for when the order is placed.

Digital preorder codes are normally delivered by email approximately 24 hours before the official release date.

Early delivery does not guarantee early access. A code may not become redeemable, downloadable, activatable or usable until the official release date and time.

If the official release date is postponed or changed, delivery will be adjusted to the revised release date. If the product is permanently cancelled and cannot be supplied, the affected order will be refunded.

14. Fixed-Term Subscription Products

A fixed-term subscription product provides access for the period stated on the product page in exchange for a one-time payment.

Fixed-term products do not renew automatically unless automatic renewal is clearly disclosed before purchase.

15. Automatically Renewing Subscriptions

Automatically renewing subscriptions may be billed weekly, monthly or yearly as shown on the product page and during checkout.

Weekly and monthly automatically renewing subscriptions have an initial minimum term of three months. Yearly automatically renewing subscriptions have an initial minimum term of twelve months.

After the minimum term, the subscription continues at the selected weekly, monthly or yearly billing interval until cancelled.

By completing an automatically renewing subscription purchase, the customer authorizes recurring charges using the selected payment method.

16. Subscription Cancellation

Subscription cancellation requests must be sent to info@game-codes.shop.

The request must include the customer's full name, order number and the subscription to be cancelled.

A cancellation request received during the minimum term takes effect at the end of that minimum term.

After the minimum term, a cancellation received before the next scheduled charge stops the next renewal. A request received after a renewal payment has been processed applies to the following renewal.

Where applicable law requires another or easier cancellation method, that legally required method will also be available.

17. Physical Product Shipping

Physical products are dispatched from the Paris region, France.

Physical orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday with a daily cut-off time of 10:00 p.m. Europe/Paris time.

Delivery normally takes an additional 5–8 business days after processing.

Different international, national and local carriers may be used depending on the destination, shipment type, availability and delivery route.

18. Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates may be affected by payment reviews, public holidays, carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, local delivery conditions, technical issues, release-date changes or incorrect customer information.

19. Withdrawal and Cancellation of Digital Products

Where legally required, the customer will be asked to expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the applicable right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery or performance begins.

Once a digital code, key, license, download link, account credential, digital entitlement or other digital content has been delivered, revealed, allocated, accessed, redeemed, activated or downloaded, the order cannot be cancelled or returned except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Rights relating to invalid, defective, unavailable or materially misdescribed digital products remain unaffected.

20. Physical Product Returns

Game-Codes-Shop provides the withdrawal, cancellation and return rights required by the law applicable to the customer. No additional voluntary change-of-mind return period is provided.

Where a statutory return right applies, the customer must notify us and return the product within the applicable legal deadlines.

Returned products must be complete and securely packaged. A legally permitted deduction may be made for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

The customer bears the direct cost of a standard return unless applicable law requires Game-Codes-Shop to bear the cost.

21. Return Exclusions

Where legally permitted, withdrawal or return rights may not apply to:

  • Personalized, customized or made-to-order products
  • Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return after opening for health, hygiene or safety reasons
  • Sealed software, audio or video products after the seal has been removed
  • Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Products inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
  • Other products excluded by applicable law

22. Defective, Invalid or Incorrect Products

Customers must contact us promptly if a product is invalid, defective, damaged, incomplete, previously used before delivery or materially different from the ordered product.

We may request the order number, error message, screenshots, platform response, photographs or other reasonable evidence needed to review the issue.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate correction, replacement, repair, restored access or refund as required by applicable law.

23. Refunds

Approved refunds are normally submitted to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval or, for a physical return, after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Any shorter mandatory legal deadline remains applicable. The customer's payment provider or financial institution may require additional time to display the refund.

24. Order Refusal and Cancellation by Game-Codes-Shop

We may refuse, suspend or cancel an order in cases of product unavailability, an obvious pricing or technical error, failed or reversed payment, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, legal restriction, sanctions restriction or inability to fulfil the order.

Any payment collected for an order that we cancel without fulfilment will be refunded.

25. Fraud, Abuse and Unauthorized Use

Customers must not use stolen or unauthorized payment information, submit knowingly false refund claims, abuse payment disputes, manipulate digital codes or interfere with store security.

Where legally permissible, orders, accounts or subscriptions may be suspended or terminated in cases of verified fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized resale, unlawful code distribution or material violation of these Sales Terms.

26. Third-Party Platforms and Trademarks

Certain products require an account, service, device or platform operated by an independent third party.

Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms, technical requirements, availability and account rules.

Product names, logos, trademarks and platform names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in a product listing does not imply that Game-Codes-Shop is an official partner or endorsed reseller unless this is expressly stated and verifiable.

27. Legal Guarantees

Mandatory legal guarantees and remedies relating to conformity, defects, title, digital content or consumer protection remain unaffected and apply according to the law applicable to the customer.

28. Liability

Nothing in these Sales Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent legally permitted, Game-Codes-Shop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by customer misuse, failure to meet clearly disclosed requirements, unauthorized sharing of codes or credentials, third-party platform interruptions or events outside our reasonable control.

29. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including major carrier interruptions, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, war, civil unrest, widespread network failures, platform outages or other comparable events. Mandatory customer remedies remain unaffected.

30. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Customers should first contact customer support so that the matter can be reviewed directly.

Mandatory rights to contact a consumer protection authority, use an applicable alternative dispute-resolution procedure or bring a claim before a competent court remain unaffected.

31. Applicable Law

French law applies where legally permissible. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of habitual residence.
