Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods may be available during checkout:

Payment Availability

Payment methods are not guaranteed to be available for every customer or order.

The methods displayed during checkout depend on the customer's country, billing address, checkout currency, device, browser, order value, product type, subscription status and payment-provider eligibility. Only the methods displayed during checkout are available for the applicable order.

Currency

Prices are displayed as fixed prices in the currency assigned to the applicable store market.

The currency shown during checkout is the currency charged. A customer's bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or foreign transaction fee where the payment account uses a different currency.

Taxes and Charges

Applicable taxes are included in the displayed price or added during checkout as required by the law of the destination country.

Mandatory shipping charges, customs duties and import charges are not added after checkout. Physical shipping is free and mandatory import charges are covered by Game-Codes-Shop.

Payment Timing

Payment is due when the order is submitted. Digital delivery and physical order processing begin after successful payment confirmation.

Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

Not every payment method supports recurring payments.

For an automatically renewing subscription, only the recurring payment methods displayed during subscription checkout are available. By completing the subscription order, the customer authorizes recurring charges according to the displayed price, billing interval and Subscription Policy.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through established payment providers and encrypted checkout technology.

Game-Codes-Shop does not generally receive or store complete payment card numbers. Customers must never send passwords, security codes or complete card information by email.

Authorization and Payment Review

A payment provider may decline, hold or request additional authentication for a payment. Order fulfilment begins only after successful payment confirmation. The digital delivery period begins after the payment has been successfully confirmed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the Return and Refund Policy.
