Subscription Policy

Subscription Types

Game-Codes-Shop may offer two different types of subscription products:

• Fixed-term products: A one-time payment provides access for the period shown on the product page. These products do not renew automatically unless expressly stated.
• Automatically renewing subscriptions: The selected payment method is charged at the stated interval until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with this policy.

Information Shown Before Purchase

The product page and checkout identify the subscription price, currency, billing interval, minimum term, included product or access, automatic renewal status and any mandatory charges before the order is completed.

Minimum Term

Automatically renewing weekly and monthly subscriptions have an initial minimum term of three months.

Automatically renewing annual subscriptions have an initial minimum term of twelve months.

These minimum-term rules do not apply to one-time fixed-term subscription keys or access products unless the product page expressly states otherwise.

Automatic Renewal

After the applicable minimum term, the subscription continues to renew at the selected weekly, monthly or yearly interval until cancelled.

By placing an automatically renewing subscription order, the customer authorizes Game-Codes-Shop and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method at each stated billing interval.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be sent by email to: info@game-codes.shop.

The cancellation email must include the customer name, order number and subscription to be cancelled.

A cancellation request received during the minimum term takes effect at the end of that minimum term. Charges due during the agreed minimum term remain payable.

After the minimum term, a request received before the next scheduled charge stops the next renewal. A request received after a renewal charge has been processed applies to the following renewal, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Subscription charges already processed are non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time, except where applicable law requires otherwise or the supplied product is defective or materially different from its description.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not reverse a completed charge or cancel digital delivery that has already begun.

Digital Delivery

Subscription keys, account credentials, access details or related digital products are delivered by email. Immediate delivery and withdrawal rights are governed by the Return and Refund Policy.

Payment Failure

If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the payment, request an updated payment method, suspend access, pause fulfilment or terminate the subscription. Amounts due for an agreed minimum term remain payable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Price Changes

Subscription prices may be changed for future renewal periods. Where required by law, advance notice will be provided and the customer may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory cancellation, renewal notice, withdrawal, refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer's country.
