Scope

These Terms apply to purchases and use of game-codes.shop, including digital game keys, activation codes, licenses, downloadable products, in-game currency, account-based products, fixed-term subscription products, automatically renewing subscriptions, preorders and physical merchandise.

Customer Eligibility

Customers must have the legal capacity to enter into the purchase and must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information.

Age-restricted products may be purchased only by customers who meet the applicable legal minimum age and the product-specific age requirement in their country.

Product Information

The product page identifies the product type, platform, region, edition, language, compatibility, delivery method, subscription status and other material conditions where applicable.

Customers must review this information before ordering. Product names, trademarks and platform names belong to their respective owners. A product listing does not imply an official partnership or endorsement unless this is expressly stated and verifiable.

Order and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected product. Receipt of an automated order email does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

The contract is accepted when payment is confirmed and we provide the digital product, allocate the product, confirm the subscription or dispatch the physical product.

Prices, Currency and Taxes

The applicable price and currency are shown on the product page and during checkout. The checkout currency is the currency charged for the order.

Prices are set as fixed market prices. Applicable taxes are included or added during checkout as required by the destination country's law.

For physical orders, mandatory customs duties and import charges are covered by Game-Codes-Shop as stated in the Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy.

Payment

Payment is due during checkout unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Available payment methods depend on country, currency, device, order type and payment-provider eligibility.

We may withhold fulfilment while a payment is pending, declined, reversed or subject to a legitimate security review.

Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered exclusively to the email address entered during checkout, normally within three hours after successful payment confirmation unless the product is a preorder.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address and checking spam, junk and filtered folders.

Account-Based Products

Account-based products are delivered by email with access credentials and product-specific instructions.

Customers must follow the supplied instructions and applicable third-party platform rules. Recovery information, passwords or other credentials may be changed only where the product instructions expressly permit this.

Customers must not resell, share, publish or provide unauthorized access to supplied account credentials.

Preorders

Digital preorder codes are normally delivered approximately 24 hours before the official release date. Early delivery does not guarantee early activation or access.

If the official release date changes, delivery is adjusted to the revised date. Further rules are stated in the Preorder Policy.

Subscriptions

Subscription products may be sold as one-time fixed-term access products or as automatically renewing subscriptions. The product page and checkout identify which model applies.

Recurring prices, billing intervals, minimum terms, renewal and cancellation conditions are governed by the Subscription Policy and are displayed before purchase.

Physical Shipping

Physical products are processed and delivered according to the Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy. Shipping is free. Delivery estimates remain subject to carrier, customs, weather and local delivery conditions.

Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds

Digital products, physical products, subscriptions and preorders are subject to the Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Prohibited Conduct

Customers must not:

• Use stolen, unauthorized or fraudulent payment information
• Attempt multiple abusive chargebacks or false refund claims
• Publish, share, duplicate or unlawfully resell digital codes or credentials
• Interfere with the security or operation of the store
• Use automated systems to abuse pricing, inventory or checkout
• Use products in violation of applicable law or third-party platform terms

Order Refusal and Cancellation

We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of product unavailability, obvious pricing or technical error, failed payment, suspected fraud, legal restriction, sanctions restriction, unauthorized resale or inability to fulfil the order. Any payment collected for an unfulfilled cancelled order will be refunded.

Third-Party Platforms

Certain products require a third-party platform, service, account or device. These are governed by the relevant third party's terms, availability, technical requirements and account rules. We are not responsible for independent platform outages, changes or restrictions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent legally permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by customer misuse, failure to meet clearly disclosed requirements, unauthorized sharing, third-party platform interruptions or events outside our reasonable control.

Applicable Law

French law applies where legally permissible. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their habitual country of residence.
