Scope
These Terms apply to purchases and use of game-codes.shop, including GTA 6 digital code preorders and standard GTA 6 digital-code purchases.
Customer Type
Game-Codes-Shop sells to consumers in the United States and Canada. Orders are not intended for resale unless expressly agreed in writing.
Age Verification
Age and eligibility may be checked separately after order placement. Orders may be delayed, declined, cancelled or refunded if the required age or eligibility cannot be verified.
Product Information
The product page identifies the product type, platform, edition, region, language, compatibility, delivery method, preorder status, release timing and material restrictions where applicable.
Customers must review the complete product information before ordering. Product names, publisher names, platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Order and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected digital product. An automated order email confirms receipt of the order and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
The order is accepted when payment is confirmed and Game-Codes-Shop allocates the digital product, confirms the preorder, sends delivery information or provides the digital code.
Prices, Currency and Taxes
The applicable price and currency are shown on the product page, in the cart and during checkout. United States orders are processed in USD. Canadian orders are processed in CAD.
The price shown at checkout is the final store price for the order. Because Game-Codes-Shop sells digital codes only, no physical shipping, customs or import charges apply.
Payment and Digital Delivery
Payment is due during checkout unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Available payment methods depend on country, currency, device, order type and payment-provider eligibility.
Standard digital orders are normally delivered by email within 3 hours after successful payment confirmation. GTA 6 preorder codes are normally delivered approximately 24 hours before the official release time stated by the publisher or platform.
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Digital products, preorders, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Where legally permitted, GTA 6 digital-code orders are final after payment confirmation and especially after a code has been allocated, delivered, revealed, accessed, redeemed or activated.
Order Refusal and Prohibited Conduct
We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of failed payment, suspected fraud, legal restriction, failed age or eligibility review, product unavailability, technical error, unauthorized resale or inability to fulfil the order.
Customers must not use stolen or unauthorized payment information, make false refund claims, share or resell delivered codes without authorization, interfere with store security or use products in violation of applicable law or platform rules.
