Application
This Preorder Policy applies to products clearly identified as preorders on Game-Codes-Shop.
Payment
Payment for a preorder is due when the order is placed. The applicable product, platform, region, price, currency and expected release date are displayed before checkout.
Digital Preorder Delivery
Digital preorder codes are normally sent by email approximately 24 hours before the official release date.
Early delivery does not guarantee early access. The code may remain unavailable for activation, redemption, download or use until the official release date and time.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address and checking spam, junk and filtered email folders.
Release-Date Changes
Release dates are determined by the applicable publisher, developer, platform or rights holder and may change.
If the official release date is postponed or changed, the preorder remains valid and delivery will be adjusted to the revised official release date.
Cancellations
Preorders cannot be cancelled after the order has entered processing, a digital code has been allocated, or digital delivery has begun.
Before that point, a cancellation request may be reviewed but is not guaranteed. Mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Cancelled Products
If the publisher, developer, platform or rights holder permanently cancels the product and we cannot fulfil the preorder, the affected order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
Regional and Platform Requirements
Customers must verify the platform, country, account region, edition, language, device, age and compatibility requirements shown on the product page before ordering.
A preorder cannot be refunded solely because the customer selected the wrong platform, region, edition or compatible device, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Invalid or Missing Codes
If a delivered preorder code is invalid, previously redeemed before delivery or materially different from the ordered product, contact us promptly with the order number and the displayed error message.
After verification, we will provide an appropriate replacement, correction or refund as required by applicable law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are normally processed within 10 business days. The payment provider or financial institution may require additional time to display the refund.
