Return & Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to GTA 6 digital code preorders and standard GTA 6 digital-code purchases made through Game-Codes-Shop by customers in the United States and Canada.

Digital Codes Are Non-Returnable

Digital codes are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.

Where legally permitted, orders are final after payment confirmation and especially after a code has been allocated, revealed, delivered, accessed, redeemed, activated or downloaded.

Preorder Cancellations

Where legally permitted, GTA 6 digital-code preorders cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation because order review, eligibility checks, inventory allocation and fulfilment preparation may begin after the order is placed.

If Game-Codes-Shop cannot fulfil a confirmed preorder, the affected order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

A refund is not provided solely because:

• The customer changed their mind after ordering, where a no-cancellation rule is permitted by law
• The customer entered an incorrect email address
• The customer did not meet clearly disclosed age, account, platform, region or compatibility requirements
• A valid code has already been delivered, revealed, redeemed, activated, transferred or shared
• The customer can no longer access a third-party account or platform for reasons unrelated to the supplied code

Invalid, Duplicate or Defective Codes

Contact customer support promptly if a GTA 6 digital code is invalid, previously used before delivery, unavailable, materially different from its description or cannot be activated despite meeting all disclosed requirements.

We may request the order number, full error message, screenshots, platform response and other reasonable information needed to verify the issue.

After verification, we may provide a working replacement, corrected delivery or refund, depending on the issue and applicable law.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are normally submitted to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. The payment provider or financial institution may require additional time to display the refund.
