Digital Products Delivered by email within three hours after successful payment confirmation, unless identified as a preorder.
Physical Products Processed within 1–2 business days and normally delivered in an additional 5–8 business days.
Shipping Free for supported physical orders.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are normally submitted within 10 business days.

Before Ordering

Review the product type, platform, region, edition, language, compatibility, delivery method, age requirement, subscription status and price before completing checkout.

Prices and Payment

The price and currency shown during checkout are the amount and currency charged. Available payment methods depend on the applicable market and checkout conditions.

Digital Products and Accounts

Digital codes, licenses, download links and account credentials are sent to the email address used during checkout.

Once digital delivery begins, cancellation and refund rights may be restricted as explained in the Return and Refund Policy. Mandatory rights for defective or misdescribed products remain unaffected.

Subscriptions

Subscription products may be one-time fixed-term products or automatically renewing subscriptions. Recurring subscriptions are subject to the displayed billing interval, applicable minimum term and Subscription Policy.

Preorders

Preorder payment is collected when the order is placed. Digital preorder codes are normally sent approximately 24 hours before release but may not activate until the official release time. Release-date changes apply to the order as explained in the Preorder Policy.

Physical Returns

Physical products are returnable only to the extent required by applicable law. The customer bears standard return shipping costs unless the product is defective, incorrect or applicable law requires otherwise.
