Product Description

DayZ is a multiplayer survival game developed by Bohemia Interactive from scratch. The gameplay is set in a post-apocalyptic world filled with zombies created by an unknown virus. Thus, players land in a post-soviet country where the majority of the population is frenzied-infected zombies. You need to scavenge supplies in a hostile environment with a single goal: to survive as one of the few immune people. If you fail, you lose everything.

Open World with Numerous Threats

In this authentic open world that never feels safe, every decision matters. There are no save games or extra lives: every mistake can be lethal if you fail to remember that.

When you play DayZ, your problem is not only the buggy zombies out there in deep forests or the hostile mentality you have to overcome. The real issue is the other players that could kill you. In the harsh post-apocalyptic landscape, you don't know what you can encounter in the next corner. Thus, finding a true friendship and allies is a real issue since any other player out there is trying to survive in the post soviet state.

The game’s combat system is remarkable, with weightless combat and authentic ballistics. As you progress, you will find melee weapons and new clothing items that will help your weaponry last.

Brand New DLC Map

If you already loved the basic game, developers also brought a more intense DLC that you can play with a friend, DayZ Livonia. This expansion brings an even more difficult environment where you need to fight and even lead encounters.

Here, hunting skills, crafting, and gathering resources with your two hands are key. You may not recognize a friendly survivor from another that could easily turn his weapon to you. These servers can be played by 60 users at once, which is why a persistent player profile is necessary to enjoy the full experience.

DayZ Activation Details

To start playing DayZ you need to get a digital CD key that will be used on Steam to redeem the video game. After you’ve purchased your game, you need to:

         1. Enter in the Steam platform and log in to your Steam account.

         2. Go to the “Games” located in the left corner.

        3. Click on “Activate a product on Steam.”

 

         4. Enter your steam CD key code.

 

         6. Install the video game.
