About Far Cry 5
Far Cry 5, as the name already suggests, is the fifth installment of the Far Cry games franchise. The series began in 2004, with the launch of the first Far Cry game. Its considerable success was responsible for the release of 5 different DLC for the first title and the second game of the award-winning franchise, released in 2008.
Today, the Far Cry series is one of the most acclaimed in the video game universe. It contains close to 15 titles already released in its 17 years of existence, including Far Cry 6, released in October 2021.
Far Cry 5 is not the latest installment of the game franchise, being the predecessor of New Dawn and Far Cry 6. Still, it provides an outstanding experience, allowing players to create a unique adventure in the largest customizable Far Cry game.
